Mark and Derek have been in and out of our house the past few months helping us with plumbing projects. They’re seriously some of the nicest people we have ever had work on our home! I recently had the pleasure of working with Brandon Kruger from Roto Rooter, who did an outstanding job replacing my water heater and well bladder tank. Brandon is incredibly knowledgeable, passionate about his work, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done right. He took the time to explain each step in detail, which helped me understand the process and feel comfortable with the work being done. His communication was excellent, and it’s clear he genuinely cares about providing quality service. Unfortunately, my experience with the service manager, Brandon Poindexter, was disappointing. I received conflicting and incorrect information from him several times, which created a lot of confusion and nearly led me to cancel the service. If it hadn’t been for Brandon Kruger stepping in to clarify and resolve the situation, I would have ended my relationship with Roto Rooter entirely. Thanks to Brandon Kruger’s expertise and dedication, everything turned out perfectly. I highly recommend him for any plumbing work. Roto Rooter is lucky to have someone as committed as Brandon on their team, but I hope the management addresses these communication issues to prevent future misunderstandings.

Called and was able to get service for a clogged sink drain the same day. Derek was our service technician. He was great...very knowledgeable, polite, and friendly. We would certainly use Roto-Rooter again and will recommend them and Derek to our friends.

I’ve used Roto Rooter several times. They’ve always been professional, courteous, and fair priced. My technician Mike came out on a Sunday and replaced the water heater that had leaked all over my basement. He did an excellent job and even helped me with my warranty. I would definitely recommend.

I am glad Rotor-Rooter sent Brandon as a technician. I had all my cast iron pipes and vent stack converted to PVC. Brandon brought more experience, than stated. He was very knowledgeable on the procedure and he explained everything that he was doing. Brandon was very pleasant and polite!

Used roto rooter for the first time and they were fantastic. Technicians came out the night we called and had a new toilet installed the next day. All the technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely be using them again.
